Made my first koi jelly and 3D flower jelly, thanks to Sor Hoon who took time off to teach me today. When she presented me with a 3D flower jelly in Dec during a visit to Tampines Changkat TMC, I was so enamored by it that I asked her to teach me how to make it. She said ok and sure enough, she has honoured her word! That is what I appreciate about her... her sincerity, generosity and patience!
I must say the process is painstaking and time-consuming. But you feel a great sense of satisfaction when you see the finished products. Beautiful work of art ready to be eaten! =)
