A prayer from a friend who cares about what I'm going through, that really warmed my heart and uplifted me:
Let me pray for you, that God will strengthen you and give you a space each day to destress and reconnect with God.
"Heavenly Father, we are grateful to You for the presence of the Holy Spirit, and for interceding for us even when we are not aware. I lift up Joni to you, and all her current challenges with the various family members. Give her strength to overcome, and the resilience to weather out the storm. Grant her the encouragement she needs each day, the motivation and a heart to love despite the difficult emotions going on. In our own strength we know it is impossible. Demonstrate Your goodness and to increase Joni's faith to trust You more each day. We ask in Jesus' Name.
Amen."
